The Westminster Park dog walk is located off Hough Lane, Chester, CH4 8JQ.

A safe, welcoming and well maintained park offering a range of recreational and leisure opportunities for people of all ages.

Westminster Park offers a 9 hole, par 3, golf course open to anyone who wants to play or practice and a BMX track as well as bowling and croquet lawns and football and cricket pitches. Westminster Park acts as a home ground for several clubs and teams.

Start

Park in the car park at Westminster Park near the entrance and walk to the opening next to the bowling greens and walk along the pathway.

Waypoint 1

Once you come to the end take the path to the left and follow the path round the field, you will have the municipal golf course on your right, until you reach the playground, pass the main building, (there is a café, toilets and cricket pavilion here).

Waypoint 2

When you reach the playground follow the path to the right and walk for about 130ft until you reach the back of the houses on your left.

Waypoint 3

Here turn left again and walk along the houses until you come to a pathway on the other side of the playground.

Waypoint 4

Head back towards to the front of the main building with the tennis courts and exercise area on your right and then the car park is in front of you.
