Here’s how we work…
Before we confirm any new booking we take the time to come and meet you and your dog. This gives us an opportunity to find out all about him and his routines and we call this our “Assessment Visit” It’s also a great opportunity for us to put your mind at ease and for you to ask any questions.
Once we have found out a bit more about your best friend we will match him to one of our available dog carers. We take care to ensure that we find the best match possible so your best friend can really make the most of his time away.
All of our dog carers are fully insured, hold a home boarding licence and have undergone a home check and in depth interview. We have a number of dog carers around the Chester area who provide the best home boarding service for your dog.
Once we have found the ideal carer and you decide to book we ask the carer to get in touch to arrange a time for you and your dog to visit ahead of the stay. This gives you the additional peace of mind that you know where your best friend will be staying. It’s also a great opportunity for carer and dog to get to know each other.
When the time comes for you to leave we can offer a pick up service if that’s more convenient. Alternatively to can drop him off at a pre-agreed time. He will need to come with his dog bed, bowls, food lead treats and toys. Having his own things help him settle into the new environment.
When any dog comes to stay we keep you informed with photos and updates of what he’s been getting up to so you know he’s safe and happy!
