My boy is normally very nervous of new people, but having stayed with Lou for the past week, she is firmly within his pack now ☺️ she has been so patient with him, from day one he was totally chilled, making new doggy friends and exploring on off lead walks everyday. Frequent photos of our dog/s is always reassuring especially when they are curled up in their bed in your sitting room!! Home from home! Lou is amazing! As soon as she walked in my house for the ‘meet and greet’ I knew she was the walker for us! Not only did she bond instantly with Frankie but we all knew she was the right person..! Just when you thought things were too good to be true, they got better. Knowing that Frankie wasn’t used to other dogs she offered to take Millie across Cannock chase with me and Frankie to see how she got on… her first words were ‘don’t worry… this walk is about Frankie’! I can’t tell you how amazing you are Lou and I’m so glad that you have come into our lives! Here’s to many walks in the future! – Sammy
After the stress of a previous unreliable dog walker, it has taken a bit of time for me to trust my dog to someone new. Louise has taken time and trouble to get to know our black Lab Retriever, so that she can provide the best care. Just a quick note to say a big thank you to Louise who has just looked after my two Labradors for a week. I was sent daily photos of my babies who I am a wee bit sad to say loved Lou more than me. We’ve used the home from home dog boarding service from My Best Friend Stafford a few times for home from home dog boarding and she has been brilliant. She has taken our dog on some great walks on the Chase and always sends us her route plan and videos so we know our dog has been okay. We have found the doggy day care service from Louise at My Best Friend in Stafford to be invaluable. Our dogs Bertie and Betsy love the time they spend with Louise and always greet her with waggy tails. She is both professional and trustworthy and we wouldn’t leave our dogs with anyone else. – Nicola
