Professional Puppy Care in Burntwood with My Best Friend
Bea is a 14 week old Beagle. Providing Puppy visits for her twice a week is a real pleasure, the greeting you get from a puppy of this age is second to none!
After the fuss and licky kisses have died down, we do a few checks to make sure all is well:
Toys are intact – check.
Water in bowl – check.
No little accidents – check.
The visit always includes a good play in the garden allowing Bea to stretch her legs We also to practice the all important toilet training, trial and error at this stage of course! It is important to allow a puppy of her age to exercise for up to 15 minutes as this is just right for her growing body. Any more can cause strain on her developing bones and joints. Introducing Bea to as many new experiences is key at this stage in her young life whist she is most impressionable. Making them a positive experience will set her up greatly in later life.
Bea’s parents are just starting puppy training classes and I have it on good authority that she has already made new friends. This is perfect for her socialisation skills. Well done Bea !!
If you have dog that is not able to join us for longer walks then our pet sitting and puppy care service is perfect for you. We can come to your home and provide them some well deserved company with a 30-minute visit to check food, water and their general well-being and a short walk to stretch their legs. This service is ideal for the older dog who is happy to snooze all day or even a puppy who is not yet ready for longer walks.
