Lou is amazing! As soon as she walked in my house for the ‘meet and greet’ I knew she was the walker for us! Not only did she bond instantly with Frankie but we all knew she was the right person..! Just when you thought things were too good to be true, they got better. Knowing that Frankie wasn’t used to other dogs she offered to take Millie across Cannock chase with me and Frankie to see how she got on… her first words were ‘don’t worry… this walk is about Frankie’! I can’t tell you how amazing you are Lou and I’m so glad that you have come into our lives! Here’s to many walks in the future! – Sammy

We’ve used the home from home dog boarding service from My Best Friend Stafford a few times for home from home dog boarding and she has been brilliant. She has taken our dog on some great walks on the Chase and always sends us her route plan and videos so we know our dog has been okay. We will definitely use her again and highly recommend her. – Avril

We have found the doggy day care service from Louise at My Best Friend in Stafford to be invaluable. Our dogs Bertie and Betsy love the time they spend with Louise and always greet her with waggy tails. Stanley has settled in well with both doggy day care and for home boarding. I found Louise took attention to detail regarding information about Stan. I like how you can complete online profile all about your dogs routine etc. Also liked the picture updates during the day as I requested. Much nicer than traditional dog kennels. After the stress of a previous unreliable dog walker, it has taken a bit of time for me to trust my dog to someone new. Louise has taken time and trouble to get to know our black Lab Retriever, so that she can provide the best care. Louise at My Best Friend Stafford has taken care of Mitzi and she loves going to see her and starts to spin when she arrives. She always has fun and always comes home happy and tired. They offer a lovely home, long walks and lots of love and attention. They also offered some great tips on switching to a raw food diet which I have now done and needless to say Charlie is very happy! Will be returning soon. – Georgie

Frequent photos of our dog/s is always reassuring especially when they are curled up in their bed in your sitting room!! Home from home!
