Jon’s patience and ability to reassure me about any aspect of the Franchise which I questioned, never got him flustered or frustrated. He is undoubtedly the driving force behind this Franchise but his targets to ensure each of the Franchises he establishes are successful, are realistic. He is also very aware of how different locations can bring different dynamics and challenges and this requires him to offer a level of flexibility in order to allow products which are more viable to take precedent. At no point did I feel pressurised at any stage of the process, right from meeting Jon and his family during a familiarisation day, during pre-franchise agreement discussions, right until I signed up and then opened in June 2018.
