Trusted Pet Sitter in Hoole

For all my dog care services we always start with an initial consultation for me to get to know you and your best friend first. So What’s involved in my Pet Sitting service?

A pet sitting and puppy care service would be a home visit of around 20 to 30 mins. The first thing I would do is check that your best friend’s general well-being is ok and have some play time and generally make a fuss of them. During the visit I would also check they have enough fresh water and food if necessary and also let them outside to relieve themselves. Or, if you would prefer, take them for a walk which would be 5 minutes per month of age building up to 30 minutes.

Here are some of the dogs that I have had the pleasure of looking after. Top left – Betsy the Rottweiler, bottom left – Blue the Cockapoo, bottom centre – Busker the Working Cocker Spaniel and finally on the right – Loki the Bearded Collie.

It’s very important to not over walk a puppy as this can cause long-term joint problems.That’s why here at My Best Friend Dog Care we limit walks as noted above. You can read more about exercising your puppy Here

At the end of the visit, I would make sure that your best friend is safe and secure and that the doors are closed and locked.
