Hi, I’m Melanie Hillier and I own My Best Friend Dog Care, South Cotswolds. Based in the beautiful village of Kempsford, situated between Lechlade, Fairford and Cricklade, I am less than a 15 minute drive from both Swindon and Cirencester.
My services include dog home boarding, doggy day care and dog walking. However, it’s that time of year when people are booking their summer holidays and our home boarding service starts to get booked up.
Over the summer months I am always fully booked and people often ask me why that is. Well, it’s quite simple really, we offer a professional and caring dog home boarding in Kempsford that is 2nd to none. My customers come back year after year and what’s more they will often book their holidays around my availability!

- Of course I have comprehensive insurance for your peace of mind.
- I have a “higher standards” boarding licence issued by Cotswold District Council.
- I’ll send you photos and updates throughout your best friend’s stay with me so you know what a great time he’s having.

This helped and her Mum was very grateful to see Darcy looking so well and happily settled! She is a Pomeranian and Siberian Husky cross from a breeder in Ireland and I’m sure that you’ll agree is absolutely stunning!
