Back Open For Business in Burntwood

For our daycare protocols, we adopt a social distancing hand over policy of the dogs, customers are given a slot to drop off and collect so only one person is dealt with at a time. We use our own leads and equipment so no cross contamination is present, and all areas within the premises are routinely cleaned daily with Formula H Veterinary Disinfectant. We always wash our hands vigorously after hand over, and continue to do so throughout the day.

Dog walking includes a similar set of rules where we only use our own leads and equipment. The Dogs are collected on an individual basis and strict social distancing is adhered to. This also includes when out and about on our walks to minimise contact with other dogs and people. All cages and areas in the van where the dogs have been transported are also diligently cleaned and disinfected after each walk.
